The material
What is cactus leather made from?
Processed pads of the prickly pear cactus combined with a binder and coated onto a textile backing. It is plant-based but, like most leather alternatives, it is a composite rather than 100% plant.
Is it vegan?
Yes. No animal-derived materials are used in cactus leather or in our linings.
Does it smell like leather?
No. New pieces have a faint, neutral smell that fades within a few days of use.
Will it develop a patina?
No. Cactus leather keeps its original appearance rather than darkening and softening the way full-grain hide does.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. International shipping is planned after launch.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999 (after discounts) and ₹99 below that. Express shipping to metro cities is ₹199.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days; express takes 1–3.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available at checkout alongside UPI and cards.
Returns & care
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused pieces in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
How do I clean my bag?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid conditioners, oils, solvents and direct heat.
Something is wrong with my piece. What now?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. If it’s a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it.
